Buyer Obligations

When a buyer commits to buy something on the Med Market Exchange platform they are obligated to complete the purchase by sending full payment to the seller within 4 calendar days or 2 business days, whichever comes first. Completing the purchase of an item through the checkout process is a commitment to buy. Failure to pay for items within this timeframe is a violation of Section 21: Buyer Policies, Abusive Buyer Policy of our User Agreement.

A seller may cancel an order if the buyer is in violation of this policy, and an unpaid cancellation note will be recorded on the buyer’s account. Buyers with multiple unpaid orders may have their accounts suspended by Med Market Exchange.

Seller Rights

Sellers may cancel an order if the buyer has not paid the full balance of the order within the acceptable timeframe of 4 calendar days or 2 business days, whichever comes first. An order may be cancelled up to 30 days from the date the order was placed.

Med Market Exchange will remove any negative feedback by the buyer on the seller’s account, when the seller cancels an order due to non-payment.

Sellers may not leave negative feedback, report a buyer for non-payment, or in any way use the reason “Buyer has not paid” when the buyer has fully paid on time. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension, pending the results of the Med Market Exchange investigation.
